| | Born in Missouri on Nov. 7, 1902. Rombotis moved to Los Angeles with her family in 1904. Upon graduation from Otis Art Institute in 1925, she worked as a portraitist and later a designer. After marrying Leland Ralph, her husband was in a near-fatal accident in the 1930s and she abandoned her art career to care for him. Mrs. Ralph lived in Leisure World in Orange County, CA until her demise on Feb. 21, 1988. | Source:
