| | Born in NYC on Feb. 13, 1908. Rein studied at the ASL of NYC. He was a resident of Norwich, CT in 1940 and then moved to Pasadena, CA where he was director of the Western Serigraph Institute. His cartoons appeared in New Yorker magazine before his death in Pasadena on April 7, 1969. Member: Pasadena AA. Exh: MM, 1935; MOMA, 1938; NY World's Fair, 1939; Laguna Beach AA, 1946.
