| | Born in Ojai, CA on Aug. 15, 1896. Helen Baker studied in San Francisco at the CSFA and Schaeffer School of Design, and at the Vienna Kunstgewerbe Schule. After her marriage to physician Ralph A. Reynolds in 1918, she settled in San Francisco where she remained. In 1968 she was selected as one of the City’s ten most distinguished women. She died in San Francisco on May 4, 1988.
