| | Born in The Hague, Holland on Jan. 1, 1887. Rosse studied at the Royal College of Art in London. After arriving in California in 1913, he graduated from Stanford University. In 1918 he joined the staff at the AIC as head of the department of design. By 1940 he was dividing his time between Pomona, NY and The Hague where he was affiliated with Delft University. He died in April 1965. Exh: PPIE, 1915 (medal of honor); SFAA, 1917-18.
