The following information was submitted by the artist in August of 2006:
I was born in Rudyard, Michigan, Sept.9, 1935. Studied with Ben Turner as a boy, in Colorado while gowing up on my dads ranch. I have no formal training. Served in Naval Intelligence, as a photo interpreter. Did magazine covers for True West, and Frontier Times (1981-1985). Elected to Salmagundi Club of New York (1983). Painted as a resident gallery art (showing 500 of 1213 characters). |
