Josephine Reichmann was born in Louisville, Kentucky and lived in Chicago most of her life. She was a student at the Art Institute of Chicago and a pupil of John Vanderpoel. Reichmann also studied at the New York Art Students League Summer School with Chas. W. Hawthorne.
Reichmann was a member of the Artists Guild and Art Club of Chicago and usually exhibited at the Art Institute with other Chicago artists. She was a member of the American Water Color Society and was lis (showing 500 of 879 characters). |
