| | Born in San Rafael, CA on March 27, 1911. Leta began her art studies at age 8 in the studio of Alice Chittenden. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 1933, she married Charles Rosenbaum. She further studied under George Post at the CSFA, and privately with Percy Gray and Jack Wisby. She was a resident of San Rafael, CA until her demise on Sept. 29, 1993.
