Painter. Born in San Francisco, CA on Sept. 21, 1898. Romer was exposed to art at an early age, since his father was a frame maker for Vickery, Atkins, & Torrey Gallery. The younger Romer began painting landscapes at age 15 and remained a self-taught artist except for on (showing 500 of 1767 characters). |
