Robert Bruce Rogers was born in Girard, Kansas on April 13, 1907. He studied with George Bridgman, Frank DuMond, Amedee Ozenfant, and Hans Hoffmann. Produced animated films: Toccata Manhatta, Round Trip in Modern Art (1948), Beethoven Fantasy (1949), and Motion Picture IIIRhapsody (1950-51). Director of Garret Gallery & Art Classes in New York to 1950 then moved to Los Angeles, CA to write and produce films. He died in November of 1981 in Aspendell, California.
