Richard Rezac is known for refined forms in a variety of media and scales. His work has been compared to that of Constantin Brancusi and Ellsworth Kelly, as well as to Indonesian Buddhist sculpture. In a diverse range of materials, Rezac examines multiple relationships of elements at once architectural and organic. In free standing objects, wall pieces and ceiling suspended works, Rezac has investigated polychrome strategies and serial orders.
