Robert Stockton Rogers was born on December 16, 1896 in Burrton, Kansas. He studied at the Fairmount Conservatory in Wichita, the Art Institute of Chicago, the American Art Academy, and with Allen Philbrick, and Harry Timmons. He died on 1959.
