This biography from the Archives of AskART:
An installation artist and ceramics sculptor in terracotta, Steve Rogers is from California where he was born in Orange County and has been a teacher in Los Angeles at the Otis Art Institute.  He has had gallery representation in southern California.  In 1988, he received a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts.
