Born on Eagle Ranch Farm near Kirksville, Missouri, Isabel Robinson a painter, teacher, writer, lecturer, musician, and graphics artists. She was head of the art department of West Texas State Teachers College in Canyon, Texas, from 1927 to 1955, and in 1935 founded the Palo Duro School of Art a summer school sponsored by the College in Palo Duro State Park.
She was a student with extensive art training, and her schools included Northeastern Missouri Teachers College, Columbia University (showing 500 of 959 characters). |
