Vollian Burr Rann was a painter and print maker, active in Provincetown, Massachusetts. He is most noted for colorful seascapes and landscapes of Cape Cod in an
impressionist* style, and he also painted portraits of prominent citizens. He
was known to have worked in oils, watercolors and wood block prints. He became a prominent member of the Provincetown art colony in the 1920's and spent most of the rest of his career there.
