 Alfred Seifert was born in 1850 in Horovic, Czechoslovakia. He is known for his genre scenes, portraits, nudes, of the Victorian and Art Nouveau periods.
He studied in Prague and at the Art Academy in Munich.
Seifert died in 1901.
