Born Gypsum, Oct. 2, 1888; died July 2, 1960. Painter, spec. portraits & figures. Pupil of Harry M. Walcott, in New York. Studied at the Academié Julian in Paris in 1913 with Jean Paul Laurens. Taught at University of Kentucky. Lived in Chicago, IL.
