Note from Therese J Lescher:

He was living in Chicago in 1934 at 4908 W. Washington Blvd, when he painted "October Shades and Hues", which is a lovely landscape. The painting is oil on canvas and is 24 X 30. I Purchased the painting from a gallery only a mile from where he painted it, 55 years later, in 1989.
