Biography from AskART:

Born in New York on March 22, 1894. By 1930 Shepro had moved to Santa Monica. For several years he was president of the Ventura County Arts Ass’n. He died in Los Angeles on Dec. 13, 1974. Known works include coastal scenes á la Angel Espoy.
