| | Born in New York in March 1864. By the 1890s Mrs. Stow had settled in San Francisco with her husband Vanderlynn Stow, a hardware merchant. She was active in the local art scene before the turn of the century and lived in San Francisco until about 1920. A widow, she then returned to New York. Her works include scenes of Mt Tamalpais, seascapes, and desert landscapes. Exh: Sketch Club (SF), 1894-99.
