Charles Roy Smith was born in February 1922 in Wadesboro, North Carolina. Early in his life, he recognized his talent and love for art and determined he would make it his future. His workmanship exhibits both impressionism and realism and he painted in both oils and watercolors. He lived and exhibited his work in both Carolinas, TN and VA. He was accepted into NC State's program just before be (showing 500 of 705 characters). |
