Biography from Wallace Gallery:

Cora Billiard Wickham Sibley was born in Cutchogue, Long Island.  She became the sister-in-law of artist, Julia M. Wickham (1866-1952) after marrying her brother James.  After the premature death of her husband in 1914, she married Robert Pelton Sibley.  A member of the Peconic Bay Impressionists, Sibley painted in watercolor and oils.
