Born in Buffalo, NY on Oct. 3, 1876, Cornelia Sage was educated at a private French School in her native city. Having chosen an art career, she studied at the Art Students League in both Buffalo and New York City, and in Paris at Ecole du Louvre.
After her marriage to Wm Quinton in 1917, she was a resident of Buffalo and director of the Albright Gallery before settling in San Francisco in the 1920s. From 1924-30 she was director of the California Palace of the Leg (showing 500 of 2436 characters). |
