| Born in Albia, IA in September 1880, Della Shull was a pupil of Robert
Henri and William M. Chase and continued with Chase on the Monterey
Peninsula in 1914.
Most of her career was spent in New York City and Chicago. She was the wife of Kennedy M. Thompson.
