A resident of California on the ocean between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, Eric Slayton was a long-time illustrator who tired of meticulous painting and developed a loose, wet, bold impressionistic style. His subjects are landscapes, still lifes, and figures, and a plein air painter, he is a member of the California Art Club.
He has studied at the Scottsdale Artists' School and with Ray Vinella and Kevin Macpherson of Taos, New Mexico. (showing 459 of 1507 characters). |
