Born in Lynbrook, New York, Grace (Charlotte) Schlesier first began exhibiting in 1987 at the Ariel Gallery in Soho, New York. After her first exhibit, an article was written in Art Speak of New York, describing her work as "Bursting with Energy". Since her first opening, Schlesier has been exhibited and collected throughout the United States and Europe.
