Harold C. Stadtmiller, a painter, was born in California on October 6, 1885. He lived and painted on and around the Monterey Peninsula during the 1930's, and 1940's. Stadtmiller was a principal of a public school in Exeter, CA in 1930. Known for his oil renditions of the coastline and cypress in the Monterey area, he died in Exeter, California on January 24, 1953.
