| Born in Cleveland, OH on April 15, 1886. Slutz studied at Cleveland School of Art and was active in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles in 1923. By 1931 she had returned to Chicago. She was active in Dallas, TX through 1941 and a finisher for Bunnygraph Studio in Evanston, IL in 1944-62. She died in Florida in January 1980.
