| Henry Elliot Scott was born in Grants Pass, OR on Feb. 26, 1909. “Harry” Scott studied at Harvard University, University of Munich, University of Oregon, and Mills College in Oakland. During the mid-1930s he was a resident of San Francisco and by 1941 had moved to Los Angeles where he further studied at the Art Center School. He died on Dec. 4, 1989. His work includes oils, watercolors, woodcuts, and charcoal drawings.
