Herb Sellin was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta and grew up on a farm near Spirit
River. He has been painting full-time for more than 30 years. He paints landscapes and portraits including a life-size portrait of the former Prime Minister of Canada, the late Rt. Hon. John G. Diefenbaker.
Herb studied advertising at the Alberta College of Art in Calgary, and later studied
painting privately under the late retired former Head, Dr. Stanford Pe (showing 500 of 1908 characters). |
