Herbert Siebner RCA, CGP,BCSA (1925 - 2003)

Herbert Siebner was a painter, muralist, print maker and sculptor born in Stettin, Germany.  He emigrated to Victoria, Canada in 1954, and lived and worked there for the rest of his life.  His mediums were oil, watercolor, casein, ink, acrylic, gouache, crayon, woodcut, lithography, graffito-encaustic, monoprints, silkscreen, and cement for sculpture.  His style is expressionist, some of it described as neo-primitive.  His (showing 500 of 3610 characters).
