| Self-taught, native Memphian with thirteen years of painting, has sold over five hundred paintings, around 150 in New York City and vicinity. His paintings are in Hamburg, Germany; Liberia, West Africa; Mexico and Canada. One of his paintings is hanging in the Time and Life Building, Rockefeller Center, New York and others have been sold from coast to coast and border to border. He was Co-Chairman of the Cotton Carnival Art Show in Memphis, 1962 and the Sidewalk C (showing 500 of 3021 characters). |
