Born in Dayton, Ohio, versatile artist Jan Serr ---landscape, figure, still life, graphics--- grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and Milwaukee, Wisconsin and earned her Master's of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
