Koo Schadler, born 1962 in Litchfield, Connecticut.
After completing a BA degree in Art History at Tufts University in 1984, she did an internship at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and then studied painting in Florence, Italy with artist Peter Foster. She subsequently moved to California, where she studied under College of Marin painting professor Chester Arnold and was first introduced to working in egg tempera. In 1993, she returned to New England, and established a studio (showing 500 of 1199 characters). |
