| | Born in Kenton, Ohio on Feb. 3, 1895. Sabransky studied art at the Randolph-Macon Academy in Virginia. He worked in Kansas City before moving to Los Angeles in the 1930s. He was a draftsman until about 1940, and then was a set designer for Disney and other movie studios. In his leisure he painted landscapes of the desert near Palm Springs and the Sierra. He died in Los Angeles on Jan. 30, 1986.
