Maxwell Stevens was born in 1971 in Charleston, South Carolina. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and at age 12 his family returned to the southeast, to an island off of central Florida's Atlantic coast. Stevens attended The Atlanta College of Art, where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1993; and the School of Art at Washington University (showing 500 of 6112 characters). |
