| Muriel Sibell Wolle was born April 3, 1898, in Brooklyn, New York, growing up there, wanting, as a child, to be a costume designer. In 1920, she graduated from the New York School of Fine and Applied Art (now Parsons School of Design) with degrees in costume design and advertising after three years of study. In 1928, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University, and in 1930, a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado, which, in 1976, the year before her deat (showing 500 of 4415 characters). |
