|  Pati Stajcar grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania, moved to Florida and finally found her home in Golden, Colorado, where she is surrounded by nature providing inspiration for her work. Stajcar works in bronze, marble and wood and has received national recognition including the Society of Animal Artists' Leonard Meiselman Award in 1999 and the Pietra & Alfrieda Montana Memorial Award 2002 at Allied Artists of America.
