Art critic and reviewer, Raymond Steiner is also a landscape painter,
with many works resulting from his love of the Hudson River
Valley. He is the founder (1984) and ongoing contributor to Art Times as
an artist is active in the community of Woodstock, New York where he
has exhibited with the Artist Association. Other exhibition
venues are the National Arts Club and Salmagundi Club in New York
City and the Hudson Valley Art Association.
