The following, submitted June 2005, is from Rembrandt Schaefer, son of the artist.
Ron Schaefer, contemporary realist, is known for his still life, landscape and, in particular, for his Industrial paintings which depict the steel mills and mill towns in and around Pittsburgh, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
A unique feature of the artist's work is that he designs and fabricates all of his own frames at his studio, which is located near the Hudson River in New York St (showing 500 of 1136 characters). |
