I am his nephew and spent a fair amount of time with my uncle, Seymour Snyder. He taught at the Art Students League and was a commercial artist. He did many of the American Home Magazine covers, as well as Coronet Magazine. He did many of the Dutch Boy Paint ads in these magazines.
He painted in oil and water color, usually landscapes. He lived off of Madison Avenue, NY in the 70s, and hi (showing 500 of 774 characters). |
