Tim Shorten was born in Bolton, Lancs. He studied at Bolton College of Art & Design, Preston Polytechnic (now the University of Central Lancashire) where he gained a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art, and Leeds Polytechnic. He is Head of Art and Design at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys in Cheshire, and lives in Bolton with his family.
Exhibitions include the Singer and Freidlander / Sunday Times Watercolour Competition, the Royal Cambrian Academy Summer Exhibition (several times), ‘A S (showing 500 of 4274 characters). |
