Tricia Stanson is a self taught artist who has been painting since 1994. She paints on found objects (mostly with found wood) using acrylics and house paint. She often incorporates collage into her work. She paints primarily from memory and her life experiences. She is most inspired by her family, friends and other artwork and artists. Her pieces are bright, vivid and fun yet have a highly consistent and unique personal vision.
