| Zelma L. Stratton was born in Kansas on Feb. 28, 1905. Stratton studied at Otis Art Institute while a resident of Los Angeles in 1925-34. By 1940 she was working there as a stenographer.
A spinster, she died in Eugene, OR in September 1979.
