Ann Templeton, known for her landscapes and still lifes that combine impressionism and abstraction, paints and teaches seminars about color theory and brushwork. In 1993, she had eight galleries representing her.
Her still life's are studio produced, and landscapes she completes "plein air," meaning at the location. She prefers to paint landscapes in early morning or late afternoon when the sunlight casts long shadows. Most of (showing 500 of 1571 characters). |
