| | Born in Missouri on March 9, 1896. Teague settled in Oakland in 1914. After studying at the CCAC, he traveled extensively in the Southwest and Mexico. He was a sign painter for 30 years for Electrical Products. While on a trip up the Feather River, he died of a heart attack in Paradise, CA on March 23, 1971.
