The following information ws submitted in May of 2006 by Patricia Thayer Muno, Family Historian for the Thayer Families Association:
Gerald Handerson THAYER was born 5 Sept 1883 in Cornwall on Hudson, NY, the son of famous artist, Abbott Handerson THAYER and his first wife, Kate BLOEDE. Gerald married about 1913 to Alma Elise WOLLERMAN, and they were the parents of two sons. (I have Gerald's original application to The Compendium of American Genealogy made by himself, May 1933 in my possession.)
