| | Born in Boston, MA on Oct. 22, 1897. Trefry moved to southern California about 1920 and settled in Eagle Rock. While working as a commercial artist, he studied at the Art Center School, Chouinard and Otis Art Institutes. Trefry died on Dec. 22, 1983 in Placentia, CA.
