(Barnes) THAYER was born in 1864 and married to Rufus Hildreth THAYER who was a Washington, DC Lawyer and Judge Advocate General of the Militia of Dist. of Wash., and Justice of Supreme Court of the Dist. Harriet was from Albany, NY and was the daughter of William BARNES and Emily Peck WEED. She was likely born in Albany. She may have died before 1900. No known children.
