Harrison Traver was born in Hudson, NY on Dec. 2, 1881. Traver
graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1906, and then
continued his studies in Paris. The following year he moved to
San Francisco where he became an architectural designer for the City.
He continued in private practice as an architect in both San Francisco
and Fresno. His work there included many high schools and
auditoriums. In 1924, he moved to Los Angeles and specialized in
