| Irene Taylor (1846- )
Painter. Born in Ireland in September 1846. Irene married Samuel H. Taylor in 1876. After a few years in Kansas, the couple settled in San Francisco. Mrs. Taylor was most active in the local art scene during the 1890s. Although her works are rare, she is known to have painted still lifes and landscapes of northern California.
